Smokey Thighs
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15-16 minutes
This one is super easy and seasoned to personal taste. You aren't likely to go wrong. Nobody knows your tastebuds better than you do!Ingredients:
- 6 Chicken Thighs
- Smoked Paprika
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
- Heat a non-stick skillet to medium heat
- Lightly oil the pan if you like to use a little oil. You may omit the oil if you like because chicken thighs have enough fat to assist with that as they cook. This is personal preference.
- Unfold the chicken thighs so that they lay flat and sprinkle both sides to taste with the above listed seasonings. (I'm usually pretty generous with the smoked paprika because it adds a lovely color and flavor.)
- Lay the thighs in the heated skillet on medium heat until they are seared and a nice brown (approximately 8 minutes) flip them over and cook them for another 6-8 minutes.
I served these with a salad and fries and had one left over for my salad the next day. I'll be posting my Avocado Ranch recipe soon. It's so delicious!
